This industry is full of product bashers and we won't join in that game. We do suggest to you that you run (don't walk) when a dealer tells you that theirs is the best owb or starts bashing other products, dealers and manufacturers. If they tell you that their furnace is "AWARD WINNING" make sure you ask to see the AWARD. If they hand you a product comparison report showing their product rated as #1 by a group of "Industry Experts" get the contact names of the so called experts and do your research on who REALLY wrote the comparison. It is most likely a well conceived marketing ploy that was the brain child of the so called # 1 companies founder(s). BUYER BEWARE!
